Sonoma County Tourism (SCT) developed its Destination Stewardship and Resiliency Master Plan, with extensive input from local businesses and residents to align with GSTC Destination Criterion A2. As the first U.S. Destination Stewardship Organization, SCT combines data-driven strategies and partnerships to prioritize sustainability, resilience, and long-term stewardship. Guided by a GSTC Destination Assessment, the plan identified key areas for improvement and actionable steps for sustainable tourism management.
